Tender, thick Top Sirloin Steaks. Season simply with salt and pepper or your favorite rub before grilling!
Each steak weighs approximately .5 lb to .8 lb. When ordering, put the number of steaks desired in for quantity. If you want 4 steaks....put in (4). Just know that we will bill according to poundage. Example: If 4 steaks were ordered and weighed .78, .80, .47, .52 lbs respectively that would be a total of 2.57lbs of steak. $23.75/lb x 2.57lbs = $61.04
