The Chalet Market was founded in 1976 by an innovative group of ranchers who saw the need for a local outlet to sell their meat. Long-time Bozeman residents and Chalet Market customers, Mark and Gwen Croghan, purchased the Market in February 2012. You will find one of them, most days of the week, either working in the deli or processing meat in our U.S.D.A. meat plant. Life keeps them on their toes with two small children, a crazy dog and a business that they are passionate about! The Chalet Market is committed to maintaining the highest standards quality of service with their fantastic gift boxes, gift baskets and Montana specialty meats.
