Once they are outside, the chickens are moved daily so they always have fresh pasture, benefitting them and also the soil. Then at eight to nine weeks of age, we process the chickens in our state-licensed facility following strict protocols to ensure a safe product. Due to how we raise and process our chickens, our customers find that it has delicious flavor and texture when compared to conventionally raised chicken. The most common compliment we receive is a customer telling us, "It tastes like the chicken I used to eat at Grandma's house".
